Solidary Booklet

Provide every child with essential supplies to start the school year with dignity, trust and motivation.

Vision & Objectives

A simple, concrete and useful project to accompany children before school.

Solidary Booklet is a social project designed to support children from families in difficulty as they approach the school year.

The aim is to collect, prepare and distribute complete booklets containing essential supplies: notebooks, pens, kits, rules, slates, pencils, blankets and other basic school needs.

The project aims to reduce the financial burden on families, encourage schooling and enable children to start the year with dignity, trust and motivation.

  • Support families with limited income during the return period.

  • Provide child-friendly school kits.

  • Mobilize volunteers, donors, schools, associations and local businesses.

  • Ensure organized, respectful and transparent distribution.

Methodology & Approach

The project is based on a simple and controllable approach to ensure that donations reach children who actually need them.

  1. Collection: receipt of bags, new supplies, financial donations or business contributions.

  2. Sort: Checking the condition of supplies and ranking by type and level of education.

  3. Preparation: constitution of appropriate kits: primary, secondary or high school.

  4. Distribution: delivery of school bags to beneficiary families in a respectful environment.

  5. Monitoring: publication of a simple balance sheet with the number of kits prepared and distributed.
