Connected Crafts

Accompany local artisans and designers to better digital visibility, better presented products and more sales opportunities.

Vision & Objectives

Help local designers sell better without losing their identity.

Connected Crafts is an accompanying project for artisans, local designers and small brands who want to increase their visibility, structure their offer and better sell their products.

The project meets a simple need: many local products have real value, but sometimes lack professional photos, clear descriptions, adapted packaging, price strategy or consistent digital presence.

The aim is to help participants move from an informal or limited sale to a more professional presentation: product catalogue, article sheet, photos, social networks, commercial messages, packaging and first online sales.

  • Valorize artisanal and local products.

  • Improve product photos, descriptions and catalogues.

  • Support artisans in the use of social networks and digital tools.

  • Building confidence, visibility and sales opportunities.

Methodology & Approach

The project follows a concrete and progressive method of transforming a local activity into a more readable and attractive offer.

  1. Diagnostic: analysis of the products, prices, photos, sales channels and needs of each participant.

  2. Product Improvement: work on presentation, packaging, descriptions and consistency of the offer.

  3. Content creation: photo product, mini-catalogue, sales texts and social media.

  4. Digitalisation: progressive onlineization, order structuring and communication with customers.

  5. Monitoring: feedback on sales, adjustments and recommendations to continue after the project.
