Context & Objectives

Strengthen dialogue between the municipality, citizens and local actors.

The Municipal Citizen Day is a public meeting designed to bring the municipality closer to the inhabitants, associations, district representatives, schools and local actors.

The aim is to present municipal services, listen to citizens' priority needs and identify concrete actions to improve cleanliness, public space, access to services and quality of life in the municipality.

The day combines information, consultation, thematic workshops and collection of citizen proposals. The contributions collected will feed into a simple, readable and action-oriented local roadmap.

& Thematic Programme

The exchanges will be organised around several practical themes:

  • Cleanliness & environment: collection, awareness raising, black spots and neighbourhood actions.

  • Municipal Services: reception, steps, useful information and orientation of citizens.

  • Public space: Roadside, lighting, pedestrian safety, green spaces and accessibility.

  • Digitalisation: simplification of applications, digital communication and monitoring of claims.

  • Neighbourhood projects: Citizens' proposals and local priorities.
