A structured day to inform, listen to citizens, organize workshops and define the next local actions.
Overview of the programme
A process designed to move from information to action.
The Municipal Citizen Day is organised to facilitate dialogue between the municipality, citizens, associations, neighbourhood representatives and local actors.
The morning is dedicated to reception, presentation of municipal services and initial exchanges. The afternoon allows us to deepen the proposals per workshop, prioritize the actions and present a joint synthesis.
The contributions collected during the day will be used to prepare a local roadmap around cleanliness, public space, community services, digitalization and neighbourhood projects.

Present municipal services and gather first needs.
08:15 β Home & scan QR : check of registrations, delivery of badges and orientation of participants.
09:00 β Official opening: Welcome and presentation of the objectives of the day.
09:30 β Presentation of Municipal Services: information on approaches, citizen reception, complaint channels and outreach services.
10:30 β Citizens' workshops β Session 1: exchanges around cleanliness, public space and municipal services.
12:00 β Break & free exchanges : Informal discussion between citizens, municipal representatives, associations and local actors.
Afternoon β Proposals, priorities and restitution
Transforming citizen ideas into concrete avenues for action.
