All stages of the day: reception, passages before the jury, deliberation, awards and closing.

Program Overview

This page presents the full progress of the The Holy Qur'an Memorial Contest. It allows participants, families, escorts and volunteers to understand the main stages of the day.

The competition is organized into categories to ensure a fair assessment: children, young people, adults and special category tajwid. Each participant will be oriented to the reception according to their validated registration and declared level.

The schedules below are indicative. The organization team will be able to adjust them slightly according to the final number of confirmed participants.

Morning — Reception and first recitations

  • 07:30 — Reception of participants: QR ticket verification, family orientation and badge delivery.

  • 08:15 — Briefing: reminder of instructions, presentation of categories and order of passage.

  • 08:30 — Official opening: Welcome from the association and presentation of the jury.

  • 09:00 — Children category: recitation of participants aged 7 to 12 depending on their level of memory.

  • 10:45 — Youth category: passages of young participants with evaluation of memorization, fluidity and tajwid.


Afternoon — Advanced categories and deliberation

  • 12:30 — Break and prayer: rest time, prayer and reorganization of afternoon passages.

  • 14:00 — Adult Category: recitation of adults and advanced participants.

  • 15:30 — Tajwid Prize: special passage dedicated to the quality of recitation, pronunciation and observance of the rules.

  • 16:15 — Jury deliberations: compilation of notes, verification of results and preparation of distinctions.


Closing — Prices and thanks

  • 17:00 — Awards: announcement of winners, presentation of certificates and symbolic awards.

  • 17:30 — Photo souvenir: collective photo with participants, jury, volunteers and families.

  • 17:45 — Closing remarks: thanks to participants, parents, mentors and partners.

  • 18:00 — End of event: progressive exit and support of families.

Prepare your participation

Participants are invited to present themselves between 7:30am and 8:15am with their QR ticket. Minors must be accompanied or have parental authorization.
